Positive Attitude
You remember only about 5 percent of what you hear. You remember 20 % of what you see. You remember 40 to 50% of what you see and hear. You remember up to 80% of what you see, hear and write and review. After 6 exposures to any material, spread over a period of time, you can achieve almost total recall.
You also learn and remember more if you have a clear purpose to learning, a purpose that affects you personally. If you set your goals for applying what you learn, you remember more.
You also learn faster if you discuss what you are learning and how it can be applied to your personal situation. Finally, you reinforce and expand upon what you’ve learned when you teach others.

Steve:
I really believe having a positive attitude in life will get you where you want to go. Tony Robbins, John Maxwell,Earl Nightengale all talked about it as a key piece of their success and happiness. I really love John Wooden the legendary UCLA basketball coach and his Pyramid of Success. Life is a Journey & every step of the journey is the journey.
God Speed.
